Adding additional facilitators to the course

User who created the course can add/remove additional facilitators to the course. This takes place on the "Edit course" page (see the attached prototype).

Additional facilitators can edit course information and participants, add/edit assignments, etc.

Additional facilitators can't:

• delete the course
• add/remove facilitators

Looks like it is done. Facilitators do not get added to the course as teachers - EduSuckr?? does not know anything about them. These are only EduFeedr?? local permissions tweaks.

NB! Hans: All that thing above means that those will not be shown on the social network diagram. If they need to be shown, then we would need to think how all that machinery should be changed to handle multiple facilitators using one blog. As of the moment we use logic every participant uses UNIQE blog. And that is used as an identifier for putting things together. Ticket is not closed until it is decided if something else should be done here as well.
